That's AR5007EG.  You need a snapshot with the latest HAL for this to
work.  Please use the latest file here:

http://snapshots.madwifi.org/madwifi-hal-0.10.5.6/

MadWifi 0.9.4 won't work with it.

Please don't change the subject and don't start new threads when the
topic is the same.  Mail clients group posts by subject and references,
allowing related messages to be shown next to each other.

I downloaded madwifi-hal-0.10.5.6/ and used the following commands to install it:
make
sudo make install

No errors.
# momadprobe ath_pci did not work somehow (command unknown)

When I modinfo ath_pci I get:

just needed the HAL version:
